About me

Yoga found me in 2023 and quickly became a grounding part of my daily life. What began as a simple practice soon turned into a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. Inspired by its impact, I completed my 200-hour teacher training and now share yoga as a way to connect more deeply with ourselves and each other.

To me, yoga is a moving meditation. It helps me feel embodied and present. Through this practice, I’ve found community, connection, and a path to more mindful living, and I love guiding others to do the same.

My Teaching Style

Embodiment is the practice of tuning into your body and sensations, seeing yourself as more than just your thoughts. By acknowledging our thoughts, emotions, sensations, and experiences, we can gently guide ourselves back to the present moment, creating a deeper mindfulness practice. In my classes, I emphasize embodiment as a way to move with awareness, connect inward, and cultivate a sense of grounded presence on and off the mat.
